I am a graduate of the Whole You School of Massage and Body Work located in Rutherfordton, NC. I am nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork (NCBMTB) and am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I am trained in several techniques of massage each of which offers special benefits. Using a combination of these techniques, I can address a number of health issues including headaches, stress and mental fatigue, and sore muscles. Massage therapy can temporarily reduce high blood pressure, improve joint range of motion, and promote rest and relaxation.

I am a graduate of the Whole You School of Massage and Body Work.  I have obtained National Certification and Licensure by the state of North Carolina in Massage and Body Work Therapy and am a Member of the American Massage Therapy Association. My method of therapy usually entails an integrated/eclectic massage, which utilizes a combination of methods of various bodywork techniques, including, but not limited to: Swedish, medical, arthrossage, meditative, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic, and reflexology. Also offer Native America hot stone massage, in which can incorporate above techniques.  Usage of a combination of techniques is beneficial in assisting clients in obtaining their individual goals according to their specific needs.

Massage provides an avenue for people to be touched in a safe and caring environment. Massage is a non-verbal language teaching us how to combine relaxation, problem solving, work, and our goals. It is a language speaking to gentleness and connection, trust and receiving. All it takes is two hands to communicate it and a body open to listening. What it says is universal.
